I bought this cover for my Necky Looksha 14. It fits quite well right out of the package. The shock cord around the base of the cover that goes around the coaming is adjustable -- there's a knot at the stern end that can be untied and retied to change the overall size. However, in my case it was a tight fit in the position it came in, so I didn't need to adjust at all.
The cover has been really solid, staying on without any problems while driving down the road at highway speeds. It seems to reduce the wind noise by a noticeable amount too.
It's a great purchase for this low price. I'm getting another one for my girlfriend's kayak.

I'm adding some fitment information here based on a user's request. You can determine the Seals sizing for your boat using this tool:

That will tell you the sizing for both the nylon and neoprene covers (their sizes are different). The cover I reviewed was the nylon model.
If it turns out that your nylon size is not listed in the options for purchasing on Amazon, you should contact the seller and order directly from them. The seller here is SummitOnline.
